Speech Language Pathologist – Clinical Manager

Do you have a passion for providing quality care? Carolina Speech Pathology is currently searching for a Full Time Clinical Lead to join our team in the Atlanta, GA area. The candidate must be a licensed SLP in GA and have a great interest working with individuals with dysphagia, particularly with the geriatric population. Prefer a candidate with FEES excellence. May consider a residency for a FT candidate with acute care, extensive dysphagia and MBSS experience.

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for monitoring and oversight of FEES conducted by their designated team of SLPs; performs clinical/field visits; provides direct communication with assigned SLPs; ensure SLP reports are reviewed per CSP guidelines; actively involved in orientation process with new SLPs within team; contact person/clinical mentor if/when a problem arises with stall SLP while in the field in conjunction with DCS; identify areas that may need clinical improvement within CSP SLP team; maintain workday efficiency, balancing clinical caseload and administrative duties; must have a deep knowledge of the skilled nursing industry; communicate with Field Operations Department and assigned sales person to ensure customer needs are meet within designated territory.
